Change of Mind

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If there is a fault with the products please contact us at hello@chubbybaby.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items.  

To start a return for faulty or damaged item, you can contact us with your details, order number and to notify us of an intended return or exchange.  

To be eligible, the items also have to be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn with the original labels and tags attached.

To avoid any parcel to go missing, we recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel.  Chubby Baby is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once we have receive the products back in our warehouse.  We aim to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us (if we have a replacement in stock).  Otherwise we will issue a refund to your original payment method usually within 14 days.

Please note it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

International Shipping

For international buyers, you are responsible for any additional fees imposed by your destination country (customs fees, taxes, etc.).
Please be aware that with international shipping it generally takes at least 10 -14 business days (sometimes a bit more) for items to reach their destinations, after our usual processing times.

 

Postage Costs for Faulty Products

For faulty items that are returned, a refund for the return postage costs will be issued (please keep a copy of the receipt as proof)

 

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@chubbybaby.com.au

Only if your package hasn't been dispatched to our couriers, we can help changing the address. This means if you've already received your tracking number before you've advised us of the error, we won't be able to make any changes. If this happens, please contact your local courier depot and request an address change.

Please note that we are unable to recover your items, send replacements, or provide refunds if it has been delivered to the incorrect address (provided by the customer).

If your parcel has been returned to us by the couriers, additional shipping charges will apply for the parcel to be redirected to your new address.
